The Villa Lauri complex spreads over an area of 7 hectares, most of which are covered by a beautiful forest.
The achievement was looked after by the famous architect Ireneo Aleandri, who also designed the Sferisterio of Macerata, the Municipal Theatres in Pollenza and San Severino Marche. The scenographic entrance of the villa, announced by two ramparts bearing the inscriptions "Villa" and "Lauri", besides a long tree-lined avenue, are especially suitable for every kind of set.
Built in the middle of the eighteenth century, it was always inhabited by the Lauri Family until 1960, when it was sold to a private company.
Besides an old-aged park, Villa Lauri offers spectacular frescoed inside halls, and it has a spacious veranda that overlooks the wood, where wedding banquets or ceremonies of all kinds can be achieved both for businesses and for individuals, with a total capacity of 320 people.
